Attorney Keren Shemesh Perlmuter is the Founder and Chairman of "Itach-Maachi" – Legal Experts for Social Justice, who have made it their goal to advance social justice for women in Israel. The association focuses on the economically and socially disadvantaged female population and operates branches in three cities: Beer Sheva, Haifa and Tel Aviv.

As Chairman of the Organization, Keren offers Israeli women significant representation and ensures that their voice be heard in courts of law, law enforcement offices and government institutions. She makes appropriate legal representation accessible for women who need it most regardless of their social standing.
