In 2013, The Bruce and Ruth Rappaport Foundation, in collaboration with 'La’Isha' magazine, awarded its first Rappaport Prize for Women Generating Change in Israeli Society. The Prize is awarded to women for exceptional and noteworthy achievements in the public, social, community or economic spheres in Israel. A 3rd prize for lifetime achievements for an inspiring and motivation for others added on 2016. In 2019-2020 the prize was awarded in collaboration with Globes and starting from 2021 it will be awarded in collaboration with the Keshet media group. In 2023 it was decided to change the Prize name to The Ruth Rappaport Prize for Women Generating Change.
